WORSHIP IN THE PARISH.
We are a vibrant and happy congregation that love serving and praising God. Our worship is on Sundays, when we celebrate a family Holy Communion Service, and on Wednesdays when we celebrate a spoken Holy Communion service in traditional language (BCP). We welcome everyone to join us and we enjoy a chin wag and a catch up over a cup of coffee following our services in our parish hall.
We have an active, and fabulous "Sunday Club", our equivalent of Sunday School, that meets every Sunday from 10am, starting in church. Children are invited to join in the activities and fun provided and lead by our dedicated team who are committed to ensuring that all the children have the most fun exploring faith and learning about the importance of Jesus Christ in their lives. The focus is on fun. We are a designated "Child Friendly Church" and believe that faith for everyone, especially children, should be relevant, alive and the best fun it can possibly be. Why not come along and see what we get up to?
Other services are undertaken at certain times of the year such as Easter and Christmas and offer opportunity for more, and different services. Details of other services will be published nearer the time. Please look out for our list of services in the diary.
Baptisms, weddings and funerals are all available at St Margaret's. We pride ourselves on a personal service and support for all our families who come to us for these important offices. If you would like any information regarding any of these services please contact the Curate in Charge, Rev Rie Walker on 01772 727208, or on firstname.lastname@example.org, she will be delighted to hear from you and happy to give any assistance you may need or require.
We work in partnership with the Parish of St John Baptist, Broughton and on the 5th Sunday of the month, when there is one, we have joint worship services followed by a lunch together to celebrate working and worshipping together. The services take place both at St Margaret's and at St John's Churches.
